Join us as Rachel Wainer Apter, counsel in the Masterpiece Cakeshop Case, and a panel of esteemed New Jersey attorneys discuss the legal arguments, the Supreme Court decision and what the opinion means for the rights of New Jersey citizens. The panel will discuss answered and unanswered questions, and examine the ongoing challenges to LGBTQ equality under civil law based on deeply held religious beliefs, and consideration of future implications locally in light of New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination.
