"Attorney Ethics in the Electronic Age"
This presentation addresses the impact of new technology on existing ethical rules. As practitioners are exposed to new ways of storing files, reaching prospective clients, and communicating with clients and other attorneys, navigating the rules of professional conduct can become difficult. This session will use a little humor to explain the practical impact of being an ethical lawyer in the 21st century.
