Handling the PIP Case - NJICLE

When:  Jul 20, 2012 from 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM (ET)
Handling the PIP Case

Expand your practice by learning how to handle a PIP case.
Fine tune your skills if you already handle these cases.

Personal Injury Protection ("PIP") is medical coverage included in your automobile insurance policy that provides reimbursement for necessary medical expenses related to an automobile injury. New Jersey is a "no fault' state, which means, regardless of fault, medical treatment is paid for by the injured party's own automobile insurance carrier's PIP Benefits. When a client who has been injured in an automobile accident comes into your office, you need to know what relief is available to them, where to file for relief and the proper procedure for having your claim heard.
