The meeting also featured introductions of the incoming secretary Richard F. Klineburger, and trustee members, who will be sworn in at a ceremony Thursday. The incoming trustees are:
F. Bradford Batcha
Catherine Finnerty
Maritza Rodriguez
Saad Admani
Cheyne R. Scott
Corrine McCann Trainor

At the meeting, the Board bid farewell to NJSBA 2023-2024 President Timothy F. McGoughran, who concluded his term on the Executive Committee.
"He is someone who has meant a great deal to the Association," Mergner said. He "had a great way of getting things done quickly and quietly.... It was inspirational to witness."
