While many people are planning for the holiday season and new year, the New Jersey State Bar Association is already thinking of May and the 2025 Annual Meeting and Convention.

The Association is seeking proposals for continuing legal education seminars that will be a key part of the program at the convention, which is scheduled for May 14-16 at Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa in Atlantic City.

Proposals may be submitted here. All proposals will be reviewed by the Meeting Arrangements and Program Committee. Not every program will be accepted. The Association reserves the right to modify, combine or reject proposals to ensure all programs meet the educational objectives of the event and account for space constraints.

Proposals must include a program topic or title, a brief description, a list of proposed speakers and the name of the section or committee if there is one is sponsoring the program. Every effort will be made to incorporate program ideas; however, there may be instances where speakers or related topics may be added to an existing panel, all with the aim of ensuring the most successful panels possible.

The Association is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion and the MAP Committee will look for panels advancing this initiative. When a program is submitted, it is required to provide information about how the proposed program reflects this concept.

The NJSBA Annual Meeting offers a unique opportunity to showcase NJSBA members on your panels. Association members are experts in their fields and are delighted to participate as speakers. Please be aware that speakers must be NJSBA members and register for the Annual Meeting.
