Esteemed judges on the federal and state court bench offered insights into federal and state procedures through a Q&A format at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting. The judges took questions on an array of topics, from the handling of orders to show cause, extensions for time to file an answer and discovery orders to the role of the federal magistrate and the use of PACER vs. E-Courts.
