Attorneys can learn how to leverage their generational values and viewpoints in the workplace at an in-person CLE program on Aug. 27.
Titled “Leveraging Intergenerational Diversity,” the program will facilitate conversations on the ¬differences and commonalities between different generations that make up today’s workplace, in order to create better understanding and a more inclusive profession for all.
The program will start at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 27 with an overview of different generations and a panel discussion. It will culminate with small group of interactive workshops featuring multi-generational participants and facilitators.
NJSBA members may attend for $15, which includes a networking luncheon immediately after the program featuring a keynote address by U.S. District Judge Julien X. Neals.
