Having a holistic understanding of yourself is critical to finding a career that suits your unique traits, which includes your natural abilities, skills, values, interests and working style. On Aug. 19, the New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program’s (NJLAP) Networkers Without Borders will present a program with Dr. Rosemarie Manfredi who will review the factors and traits that help someone find a good career match using the Highlands Whole Person Model.

Career assessments, and their ability to tap into these different factors, will also be reviewed, with an emphasis on the Highlands Ability Battery. This 90-minute presentation will be offered live online and will be recorded for those who are unable to make it. The final 30 minutes will be open for review and discussion and will not be recorded.

The program is sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association Special Committee on Lawyers in Transition.

Manfredi, Psy.D., is a neuropsychologist in private practice in Bensalem, Pa. In her practice, she provides evaluation and treatment services for children and adults, with an emphasis on those with neurodevelopmental disorders, including learning differences, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). An expert in psychological and neuropsychological assessment, Manfredi became a Highlands certified consultant in 2020 after recognizing her clients’ need for real-world assessments that help with career planning and decision-making.
