We continue to monitor the COVID-19 developments with concern. As you know, in recent days events around the world have been postponed and New Jersey has declared a state of emergency. In many ways it remains a fluid situation, and the NJSBA, NJICLE and NJSBF strive always to be conscientious in our goal to limit potential exposure to the illness of our members and New Jersey Law Center visitors. The health and well-being of our members and customers is our top priority.

As such, the NJSBA will not be holding any in-person NJICLE programs, CLE meetings or section and committee business meetings for the next 30 days.

  • All upcoming NJICLE live seminars have been converted to be webcast, and attendees will now be able to take part using a computer. Registered attendees will be emailed instructions on how to access a webcast and retrieve CLE credits.
  • All NJSBA section and committee CLE programs have been converted to a webcast, and you will be able to attend using a computer. Registered attendees will be emailed instructions on how to access a webcast and retrieve CLE credits.
  • All NJSBA section, committee and YLD business meetings have been converted to virtual meetings, either online or by phone. All other programs are being postponed.
  • All NJSBF trainings in March have been cancelled and the Foundation is developing an online learning platform.
  • The Annual Meeting and Convention is scheduled for May 13–15. At this time, the convention is expected to be held as planned. We do expect to revisit our plan as the situation evolves. In the meantime, the refund policy has been extended to allow full refunds for requests received before May 1.
