The latest episode of the New Jersey State Bar Association's podcast, Sidebar, features a conversation with Jennifer Stonerod.
Stonerod is president of the Burlington County Bar Association, an organization that will have the leadership of women in the post for the next five years. She talks about her goals for the year and why she hopes the association will lead by example for the legal community and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Stonerod, who is an assistant attorney general in the state’s Division of Criminal Justice and chief of staff for the department, explains what is unique about working with an all-woman executive committee and why it is important for the leadership of any organization to reflect its members.
