The New Jersey State Bar Association’s General Council members elected Stephanie F. Hagan for a two-year term on the organization’s Nominating Committee.

Intelliscan, Inc., which administered the election, reported the results of the voting. Voting began Oct. 17 and concluded Oct. 24.

Hagan is a partner at Donahue, Hagan, Klein & Weisberg, LLC, where she practices family law. She is immediate past chair of the NJSBA Family Law Section and is president-elect of the Morris County Bar Association.

The NJSBA’s Nominating Committee interviews and evaluates candidates seeking leadership positions on the Board of Trustees, American Bar Association and other key posts.

General Council is a group that includes leaders of the association, New Jersey State Bar Foundation, and county and specialty bar associations, as governed by the association’s bylaws. The group makes recommendations to the association’s Board of Trustees on matters affecting the membership and the legal community at large.
