The New Jersey State Bar Association’s educational arm has been named a winner once again, and multiple times.

The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE)’s Environmental law Section 2017 Environmental Law Forum received the American Bar Association’s Environment, Energy, and Resources Program of the Year Award. In addition, NJICLE was named the New Jersey Law Journal’s first place winner in two categories: New Jersey-Based CLE Provider and CLE Provider – online.

Volunteers Michele Glass of Cole Schotz and Laurie Sands of Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti have been leading the planning for the Environmental Law Forum for the last several years. The ABA award recognizes the best continuing legal education program or public service project of the year focused on issues in the field of environmental, energy, or natural resources law and will be presented at the ABA’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources fall conference in San Diego on Oct. 19.

The New Jersey Law Journal’s “Best of” list is voted on by lawyers and firm administrators. NJICLE has topped the voting for New Jersey-Based CLE Provider for every year the awards have been given out.

The institute is the state’s leading provider of continuing legal education (CLE) for educational seminars. NJICLE presents nearly 400 programs annually throughout the state of New Jersey, which educate over 30,000 lawyers, judges and other legal professionals every year. The speakers at those events included a line-up of more than 1,500 esteemed judges, attorneys and other legal practitioners who volunteer their time to improve the profession.

In addition to live programming, NJICLE has an assortment of online and on-demand CLE programs. To see all the institute offers, visit www.njicle.com.
