Spiraling health care costs represent an enormous challenge to NJSBA members. In an effort to help alleviate that challenge and to leverage the power of membership, the NJSBA is exploring the feasibility of joining with other organizations in an association based self-funded trust to enable members to have access to greater health care options at competitive prices. The first step in that process is the gathering of demographic data from NJSBA members focusing on their health care needs and current plans.
