Do You Want to Learn About CommunityNET?

You may have gotten a CommunityNET discussion email from your section and wondered, "how can I do that?" or "how can I respond?" Or maybe you've read one of my blogs and thought, "how can I post something to share with committee or section members?" Well wonder no longer.

At the Annual Meeting and Convention, I will be in the exhibit hall at Borgata at Booth #708 to talk to you and answer your questions about how to use CommunityNET.

CommunityNET is the fantastic new connected community for New Jersey State Bar Association members. ALL MEMBERS have access to the NJSBA Members Library and can also post and read blogs. It's the perfect forum for getting involved at the Annual Meeting and Convention and Solo and Small-Firm Conference on a whole new level.

Every NJSBA section, committee and the Young Lawyers Division has a community or microsite/web page. (The YLD, all sections and some committees have microsites). All of these groups have discussion groups, shared file libraries, event calendars and blogs. Groups with microsites have even more flexibility since these are essentially web pages for the groups. Take a look at some of the microsites:

Dispute Resolution Section

Labor and Employment Law Section
Young Lawyers Division

Stop by the exhibit hall so I can help you navigate CommunityNET. Stop by if you are a section chair so I can talk to you about how your group can utilize your microsite, and maybe introduce me to the web person you've designated for your group. (hint hint)

CommunityNET is bringing NJSBA members together like never before.

Connect online during the convention and conference this Wednesday through Friday at Borgata and The Water Club.
