The New Jersey State Bar Association is seeking candidates for leadership positions with a one-year term within the Product Liability and Mass Tort Section, as follows:
- Vice-Chair, who assists the chair.
- Secretary, who keeps the Sections records, including its finances; and
- Legislative Coordinator, who monitors and recommends Section comments on pending legislation of interest to the Section’s members.
Individuals nominated and elected for leadership will be expected to energize and activate the section membership, including planning programs for section members, providing information for the Section’s mini-website, and spearheading section initiatives within the New Jersey State Bar Association.
