Is a technical degree needed to mediate a case with technical issues – NO. However, there are some concerns a mediator and advocate should consider, e.g., are there two issues at dispute (tech or underlying legal issue) – if so, which should you deal with first. This interactive panel of mediators and attorneys will discuss issues that occur when mediating technical issues
