Sellers, buyers, businesses large and small are increasingly engaged in cross-border transactions.  They want and need cost effective dispute resolution.  Savvy counsel and neutrals can provide hybrid processes that can be enforced under the New York Convention.  Corporate, in-house, and litigation attorneys need to understand the new approaches that clients have been seeking. This program will provide insight on how New Jersey neutrals can provide important services under a new New Jersey statute.
