The New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Dispute Resolution Section is seeking nominations for two awards: The James B. Boskey Award and the Lewis J. Pepperman Distinguished Service Award.
The deadline for nominations has been extended to March 23.
The James B. Boskey Award is widely recognized as the highest honor that an individual can achieve in the development and practice of ADR in New Jersey. It is presented annually to a practitioner in recognition of achievements in informing and educating the public about dispute resolution and encouraging reform and modernization of the legal system, among other issues.
The Lewis J. Pepperman Distinguished Service Award is presented annually or periodically to a member of the section for significant, tangible contributions to the section.
