Congratulations to our outgoing and incoming Chairs

As Trustee Liaison to the NJSBA Criminal Law Section, I want to congratulate our outgoing and incoming Chairs, Richard "Red" Barker and Alissa Hascup.
Red Barker, our outgoing Chair and Deputy Public Defender in Charge of the Middlesex Region, has done great work, during his year as the Criminal Law Section Chair, in providing outstanding CLE programming at the NJSBA Criminal Law Section monthly meetings.  Red, also, extensively used email to keep the Section membership advised of issues, between the meetings.
I believe I speak for the entire Criminal Law Section in congratulating Red and thanking him for the efforts he put into his year as our Chair.
I want to welcome Alissa Hascup as the incoming Chair of the NJSBA Criminal Law Section.  I have known Alissa almost five years, having worked with her at Picillo Caruso (now Caruso Smith), in Fairfield.   I know that Alissa will do a great job as our new Chair; and, on behalf of the membership of the Criminal Law Section, I wish Alissa the best in the upcoming year.
