IRS providing tax relief to individual and business taxpayers impacted by Hurricane Irene

IRS announced today that certain taxpayers in New Jersey, North Carolina, New York and Puerto Rico will receive tax relief. Other locations expected to be added following additional damage assessments by FEMA. So far, New Jersey counties covered are Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic and Somerset.
