Hot Tips from NJSBA’s PracticeHQ If you’ve been impressed by colleagues or friends who have a “stamp” of their digital signature but are intimidated by the steps to create one, now there’s an easy way. Write your signature on a blank piece of paper, take a photo with your phone, and upload the photo to www.remove.bg . This service removes the blank white paper and leaves just the “ink” of your signature. You can then apply that image to “sign” letters without printing and scanning. Just one note: this creates a digital signature stamp, which is mostly cosmetic, and not a legally binding e-signature. Refer to the PracticeHQ comparison chart ( https://tcms.njsba.com/PersonifyEbusiness/Resources/PracticeHQ/ComparisonCharts.aspx ) for information on legally binding e-signature platforms.
