Eboneé is primarily responsible for providing employment/HR counseling and support to various business units and managing employment-related and general litigation matters.
Prior to joining BD, Eboneé was a Shareholder at Littler Mendelson, P.C. in the Newark, NJ office. While there, she concentrated her practice on employment litigation and employer counseling. She regularly defended companies in federal and state court and before administrative agencies in a full range of employment law claims. She also counseled HR and business professionals on litigation avoidance techniques, investigations, policies, discipline and performance management, the accommodation of disabilities, family/medical leaves of absence, and employment agreements. Prior to her time at Littler, she practiced employment law (management side) at other New Jersey law firms including Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, P.C. and Gibbons, P.C.
