November 13:

Establish Referral Networks: Joining Affiliation Groups, Turning Contacts into Clients

Joining affinity groups, such as business, professional, special interest and advocacy groups and associations, is an important step in establishing a growing book of business because participation creates a referral network of suitably qualified prospective clients. This session will cover how to choose groups wisely; how to participate effectively; how to extend working relationships and build a referral network; and interacting with the media, including setting up your own events, advertising and social media marketing.
