2015 marks the 80th Anniversary of the founding of the NLRB. To mark this special milestone, Mark Gaston Pearce, the Chairman of the Board, will deliver the keynote address at the 37th Annual NLRB conference. NJICLE and the New Jersey State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section are pleased to co-host this event along with Region 22. Participants on this panel will discuss the most recent National Labor Relations

1:15 Whose Interest Do I Represent? How the Federal Rules of Ethics Impact Third-Party Representational Relationships.
The questions arise as to what ethical duty is owed to third-party witnesses in situations involving National Labor Relations Board investigations and litigations. This panel will address the federal rules of ethics in an interactive and informative way. NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 5.6 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.5 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/professionalism and 5.6 qualify as hours of credit towards certification in civil trial law.

PA CLE: 3.5 substantive and 1.0 ethics credits pending ($20 fee – separate check payable to NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)
NY CLE (t&n/t): 4.0 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits
