2015 was a busy year for nursing home litigation cases in New Jersey. Prior to 2015, New Jersey had about ten cases involving the Nursing Home Responsibilities and Rights of Residents Act. This year marked a changing landscape for this area of law. Cutting edge issues and a rapidly changing environment, have made nursing home litigation a vibrant area of law.

 

 

At this entirely new program, a panel of both plaintiffs and defense attorneys who are specialists in this area of law, will explore some of the hottest and most current prevalent issues in nursing home/assisted living abuse cases.

NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.3 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 4.3 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.
