Program Description:

The summer respite is over, and members of the bar are back to the grind. For those with children, school is back in session, as well as all of the usual school-year evening and weekend programs, sports activities and events.  So what will you do this time around to make sure you are not burning both ends (and the middle) of the candle?

What methods and strategies do you have in place to confidently say: “Thank you, but I must decline,” when asked can you take on another assignment? How can you feel safe in your inner-self that this the right answer for you, which means it has to be the acceptable answer to the person asking.

What plan do you have to be intentional about allocating the limited 24 hours of the day you have for each domain of your life? Caring for yourself is more than “time management.” You cannot manage what you cannot control (time). You can neither extend, nor shrink the 1,440 minutes you have in a calendar day. But you can be intentional about how you will allocate and use that time so that it is in alignment with the priorities and purpose of your life.

If you are ready for a deep dive into inner “big-picture” work then this is the place for you.

Join us for the journey!!!
