This presentation will provide an overview of several critical issues concerning social media, including:

• Ethical pitfalls to avoid when using social media to collect discovery;
• The Rules of Professional Conduct as applied to online juror research; and
• The Rules of Professional Conduct as applied to online attorney advertising.
