The landscape of employment practice is ever changing. New technology and case law constantly shifts the focus and balance of litigation. This annual full-day program features a keynote address from Professor Carl Van Horn from Rutgers University. He is the founding director of the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development, one of the nation’s leading academic centers on workforce policy and practice.
