The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF)’s Medal of Honor Dinner is approaching, and there are numerous opportunities available for the legal community to support the important work of the foundation, as well as congratulate the award recipients.

The range of dinner sponsorship packages include recognition in the dinner program, placing an ad in the program journal, tickets to the dinner and more. Options range from $2,500 to $15,000 for prime recognition.

A $15,000-level sponsor will receive a year of recognition as the co-sponsor of the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition. One of the foundation’s largest programs, the competition will enter its 37th season this fall. Over 200 high schools from around the state signed up to take part in last year’s competition.

A $15,000-level sponsor will also receive acknowledgment in printed materials and on the foundation website, and get signage and table space at the Mock Trial finals in March at the New Jersey Law Center.

The Medal of Honor is the foundation’s highest honor, and is given each year to those who have made exemplary contributions to improving the justice system and enhancing New Jersey’s legal legacy. This year’s recipients are Linda R. Feinberg, a retired Superior Court assignment judge in Mercer County, and Justin P. Walder, a partner at Pashman Stein Walder and Hayden.

Firms, colleagues and friends can reserve space in the program journal to congratulate the recipients or advertise. For more information, contact Cindy Pellegrino at 732-937-7507 or [email protected].

NJSBF executive board members include Susan Feeney, NJSBF president; Norberto A. Garcia, first vice president; Kathleen N. Fennelly, second vice president; Charles J. Stoia, treasurer; Ralph J. Lamparello, secretary; and former NJSBF President Lynne Newsome.
