This year, NJICLE’s annual DWI Institute features a faculty of highly respected attorneys and experts in the field of DWI who will present the anatomy of a Driving Under the Influence of Drugs case - State v. John Menzel. John Menzel, Esq., one of the state’s most prominent DWI attorneys, will serve as our program moderator and defendant for this mock trial. This day-long seminar will feature discussion, demonstration and critique by our experienced panel on the different pieces of the “drug driving” trial. Join us and sharpen your abilities to present a driving under the influence of drugs case!
