Business Meeting and CLE Dinner
Experienced lawyer-lobbyists will present an overview of how the Bar Association's lobbying arm works, the role of NJSBA Sections and Committees in this process, and how attorneys can advance the cause of their clients within applicable ethical rules. Practitioners will share their real world experiences and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about the NJSBA lobbying process and how attorneys can support their clients' causes without crossing an ethical line.
