Immigration CLE (UPL) Dinner Meeting

The Immigration Law Section will be working to amend NJSA 2C:21-22, the Unlawful Practice of Law, in a collaborative effort with the US Department of Homeland Security, the Attorney General, the Administrative Office of the Court and the New Jersey State Bar. The purpose of the amendments will be to enhance the penalties for the Unlawful Practice of Law.

This meeting will offer CLE credits.

NJ CLE: 2.0 credits including 2.0 ethics/professionalism credits
