NJICLE’s ADVANCED CIVIL MEDIATION TRAINING COURSE will take you beyond the basics, and enhance your ability to mediate more complex disputes.

their 4-hour annual CLE mediation requirement
• Attorneys and other professionals involved in commercial litigation, environmental
disputes, professional malpractice, consumer fraud, insurance matters, construction,
products liability, labor and employment, matrimonial issues
• Mediators who want to enhance their skills
• Basic Mediation Attendees

CLE Credits:
NJ CLE information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit. Of these, 1.2 qualify as hours of credit for ethics/ professionalism, and 4.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in civil trial law.

NJ CLE:

 This program has been approved for 4.5 credits (50 minute hour), including 1.2
ethics/professionalism credits
PA CLE: 2.5 substantive and 1.0 ethics credits pending ($16 fee – separate check payable to
NJICLE must be submitted at the end of the program)

NY CLE (nt):

 3.5 professional practice and 1.0 ethics credits
Trial Attorney Certificaiton: 4.5 civil trial credits pending
NJAPM: 3.75 credits
